Change Orders Overview

This article will walk you through the Change Order module at a high level.

The Basics

Change Orders are intended for the customer to approve and sign when there is a change that increases or decreases the contract amount.ย 

Navigation

Navigate to the Change Order module


The Change Order toolbar

The Change Order slide-out

Double-clicking on any change order or creating a new one will display the below page ย 


Once the change order screen opens you'll be able to change the status, title, description, and due date.

-Price Calculation tab will let you assign a cost code and amount
-CO Terms shows the current change order terms and conditions
-Attachments will let you attach from your computer or from within your preloaded files in that projects' Documents module
