This article will walk you through the Documents module at a high level.

Documents are intended as a data repository, where you can keep all of your files and folders. 

Navigate to the Documents module

The Documents toolbar

  -Upload: lets you choose a location to upload from
​ -Download: downloads the selected file/s
​ -2nd download icon: lets you download a zipped file containing all files and folders in that project
​ -Desktop Sync: creates a shared drive locally for you to access and manage your files without the need of opening a browser
​ -Folder icon: creates a new folder
​ -Pencil icon: renames current selection
​ -Lock icon: controls permissions of the selected folder/file
​ -Trash bin icon: deletes the selected folder/file
​ -Arrows/Refresh icon: refreshes the contents on screen
​ -Home icon: takes you back to the main folder view
​ -Up arrow icon: takes you back one level

   -Photos: upload and manage photos for the project
​ -Weekly Reports: allows the creation of a report which can combine multiple modules in one
​ -Daily Logs: creates an internal log with date, notes, people on site, and attachments
​ -Drawings: manages your plans and drawings. Annotate and mark up your drawings, and upload revisions of the same drawing
