Proposals

Start using the Proposals module to create multiple proposals/estimates which can later be sent to your budget

Create a Proposal

*if you prefer a video introduction please click here: Proposals


Start by clicking Create Proposal
*you can also use the drop-down to copy from a template

In the next screen give your new proposal a title, description, due date, and start to add line items and amounts that will make up the proposal. Once done click Preview & Send

*changes are saved automatically but you can also click the Save button


Previewing and Sending

When Preview & Send button is clicked you are taken to this screen, where you can customize the report layout, print, and send to the client


Sending and Approving

Once sent the client or any internal user can approve the proposal.

The client will get an email with the proposal or if they log in they can then Approve or Reject

If they approve they'll be asked to sign

Back on the Proposals main page we can view which proposals have been approved

And send to the budget

Note: if line item amounts already exist in the budget the approved proposal will add to those numbers, not replace.
