When entering a new PO, bill, vendor, and cost code you'll see an hourglass icon like this until the sync completes

Once the sync completed and was successful you'll see a green check

If the sync fails for any reason you'll see a red X. If you hover over the X you'll see a detailed message of why the item failed to sync

A yellow icon is shown if a previously synced item is no longer in sync. This could happen if the item was edited after it synced and the edit was not applied on the other end

A gray icon with a line across it means this item does not qualify to be synced. This happens with items created before your sync went live. To resync items with this type of status just open and save, this will trigger it to sync on the next run

Deleted items in QuickBooks will show a trash icon in BuildTools to indicate it was deleted on the other end

Finally we have a red status icon which indicates there is a conflict. This happens when the data of a previously synced item has been edited on both ends, to resolve conflicts see further screenshots below

To resolve a conflict click the SYNC module at the top right of your screen, find the item in conflict which in this example is a company. Click the three dots as shown here and click to resolve the conflict

One final screen will pop up showing the data in conflict and ask to choose which of the two you'd like to keep
