The Executive Dashboard is a self-serving company-wide analytical tool for project admins and executives. It gives upper management visibility into their project productivity levels and allows users to be able to review key metrics across all projects. These metrics help managers of multiple projects keep up with task activities and take action when needed. Users are able to see data on the task performance of their projects in one view, as well as analytical statistics across projects by inspectors or subcontractors. These clear and actionable dashboards will help users identify what projects, inspectors, and subcontracts need attention now!
When logging into your Buildup account, the Dashboard is now the first landing page you see. To access your projects, select the ‘PROJECTS,’ tab next to the ‘DASHBOARD,’ tab to navigate to the project selection menu remain on the Dashboard tab to leverage the key metrics provided.
You’re capable of segmenting the Dashboard by Project, or by Subcontractors to view specific information. Below is a detailed breakdown of either views:
