Contact our customer support team for any technical issues or platform questions - we're here to help! You can access the customer support team in-app (mobile or web) or from our Help Center! Follow the steps below to get in touch.

Contacting Healthy Cities Customer Support

Healthy Cities mobile app

From your dashboard in the mobile app, tap the menu bars at the top left corner and then select the Message support button at the bottom of the utility panel. Select New conversation to start a new conversation with our support team, or search for articles from our Help Center to find an answer yourself.

Healthy Cities web and Help Center

On Healthy Cities web and from the Healthy Cities Help Center, click the chat icon in the lower right to get in touch with our support team. Select New conversation to start a new conversation with our support team, or search for articles from our Help Center to find an answer yourself.

What to include in your message

When contacting customer support make sure to be as detailed as possible. Please include the below information in your request:

  1. Your name, your Healthy Cities nickname, and company name

  2. A detailed description of what the issue is

  3. List the steps you've taken to encounter this issue

  4. Any relevant screenshots

Note: Our Support team is available during our business hours between 9am-5pm (US, Central Standard Time), Monday-Friday. Support is not a live chat, but we are always prompt with responses to ensure questions will be answered in a timely fashion​.
