Please note : Any changes to the team structure of the user should be made via WIM only if the official challenge has not yet been created in the client.
To move a user to a different team in WIM, please follow the steps below:
Select the required Client from the list.
Navigate to People -> Users
Select the desired user and navigate to 'Extra' section.
Click the Edit button to change the Level 1 and Level 2 information of the user.
Congratulations! The user has now been moved to their new team!
Alternate Method : Moving users in bulk via Admin Center
Since WIM only allows you to move one user at a time, you can move multiple users at once by using the Admin Center instead. Follow these steps to complete a bulk transfer:
Create a temporary nested challenge in the Admin Center (if an official nested challenge is not currently active). This challenge is used solely for reassigning users and will be deleted later.
Go to Manage Participants and add only the users from a specific L1 or L2 team who need to be moved. Use the Nested Supplemental (Level 1) or (Level 2) filters to quickly select the right group.
Reassign the selected users to their new team by following the user movement steps outlined in this guide.
Add the next batch of L1/L2 team users to the temporary challenge and repeat the process.
Once all transfers are complete, delete the temporary challenge.
