Please note : Any changes to the team structure of the user should be made via WIM only if the official challenge has not yet been created in the client.
To move a user to a different team in WIM, please follow the steps below:
Select the required Client from the list.
Navigate to People -> Users
Select the desired user and navigate to 'Extra' section.
Click the Edit button to change the Level 1 and Level 2 information of the user.
Congratulations! The user has now been moved to their new team!
