To move a user to a different team in the Official Non-Nested Challenge, please follow the three steps below:
Step 1 : Change team of the user via Admin Center
From the Admin Center, select the Challenges tab in the side navigation menu and click on the challenge with your Team Leaderboard, Team Virtual Race or Team Stick To It challenge mode.
Scroll down to your Team Leaderboard, Team Virtual Race or Team Stick To It mode and select Manage Teams as shown below:
Select the team the user is currently on:
Click "Team members"
Scroll to find the user's name. Select the box next to their name, and scroll up to hit the Remove button:
Confirm that you want to remove the team member by selecting the Yes, Remove button:
Click back to view all teams and select the team where you want to add the user
Select the Add User button to add the user to their correct team:
Select the user you want to add to the team and select Add to Team to confirm.
Step 2 : Change team of the same user via WIM
Click here to change the team of the same user via WIM. Follow this step only if we need to ensure that the user's updated team information carries over and stays accurate for all future challenges.
