Can I get a refund if my filing is rejected by the state?

If the state rejects a filing because of an error on our side, we will correct and re-submit at no extra service fee.

If the state rejects it due to your information (name conflict, ineligible activity, missing response, etc.), service fees are usually not refundable.

State fees are almost never refunded by the state.
