Order Item Tracking
Click the "Account" icon (bottom right).
Enter the "My Orders" page.
Click "View Parcel Status" on the right side of your order.
All logistics milestones, from the Japan warehouse to your doorstep, will be displayed here.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our Hong Kong Hub, the tracking number will be updated on your Track Order page.
