How can I track the progress of my order?

You can view real-time updates directly in the App:

Order Item Tracking

  1. Click the "Account" icon (bottom right).

  2. Enter the "My Orders" page.

  3. Click "View Parcel Status" on the right side of your order.
    All logistics milestones, from the Japan warehouse to your doorstep, will be displayed here.

Order Tracking

  1. Once your order is dispatched from our Hong Kong Hub, the tracking number will be updated on your Track Order page.

  2. Go to the tracking page

    1. For Singapore: Jumpoint Logistics

  3. Input your tracking number in the designated field to view the real-time logistics status of your package.

Overall Timeline for your Order

  1. The estimated total delivery time is 10–20 working days, depending on customs and flights.

  • Timeline:

    • 📦 1–7 days Seller dispatch the item

    • ✈️ 4–6 days from our Japan warehouse to Hong Kong

    • 📦 1–3 days processing at our Hong Kong hub before dispatch

    • 🚚 1–3 days for HK/Macau local delivery
      4–6 days for Singapore local delivery

      So the total estimated delivery time is approximately 10–20 working days, depending on customs clearance and flight schedule.

  • Shipping Schedule: Our Japan warehouse ships Tuesday to Saturday. Status updates usually appear the following day.
