How to Change Your Delivery Address
You can enter different addresses in the My Account section of your app's side menu.
If you have already placed an order and need to change the delivery address, you'll need to contact our support team. You can start a live chat with us in-app or email us at support@buymie.eu at least two hours before your order is due for delivery.
As buymie operates in zones, unfortunately, not all address change requests can be accommodated, and your order may need to be cancelled.
Changing Your Address in My Account
After logging in to your buymie account, select My Account in the side menu. Select the Delivery Addresses option, where you can view all your saved addresses. You can edit or delete these addresses or save a new one.
