Should you need to change your delivery time for any reason, you can do so right up until your shopper has left for the store.
Please note that rescheduling is no longer possible once your shopper has checked out of the store.
Your shopper is unable to reschedule your order for you. All orders must be rescheduled by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or via live chat on your buymie app.
Open the buymie app and click on "Chat with us" found in the side menu.
Let us know your order number and preferable date and time.
We'll check time slot availability and do our best to accommodate your request.
**Moving orders earlier is more challenging as our availability fills up through the day. Therefore, we're not always able to accommodate these requests at short notice.
