How to Change or Reschedule Your Delivery Time

If you need to change your delivery time for any reason, it can be done right up until your shopper has left for the store.

Please note that it is no longer possible to reschedule your order free of charge once your shopper has left for the store.

Your shopper cannot reschedule your order for you. All orders must be rescheduled by either contacting support@buymie.eu or via live chat in your buymie app.

Steps to Reschedule Your Order

  • Open the buymie app and click on Chat with us found in the side menu.

  • Let us know your order number and newly desired delivery date and time.

  • We'll check the time slot availability and do our best to accommodate your request.

Moving orders to earlier delivery time slots is often more challenging as our availability fills up throughout the day. Therefore, we're not always able to accommodate these requests at short notice.
