How are your fees calculated?
Our fees vary depending on whether you shop for same-day grocery delivery via the buymie app or the Dunnes Stores app.
Buymie App
A platform fee of 5.75% is charged on the value of in-store products (excluding DRS fees) and includes VAT on the fee at 23%.
A delivery fee is charged and ranges from €5.99 - €6.99, depending on your chosen delivery slot.
Finally, a small basket fee of €3 is applied to all orders under €40.

Platform Fee 5.75%: €2.30
VAT on Fee 23%: €0.53

This fee goes towards paying your personal shoppers for their time and service while also maintaining our customer and shopper support teams that keep things running smoothly.
The platform fee varies from store to store based on that store's contribution to fulfilment and operational costs.
Dunnes Stores VALUEclub App
There is no platform fee on same-day grocery orders placed via the Dunnes Stores app.
A delivery fee is charged and ranges from €8.00 - €10.00 depending on your chosen delivery slot.
A small basket fee of €3 is applied to all orders under €40.
