General

🔎 Search

This field allows you to enter keywords to filter specific content within the report. It’s especially useful when you need to generate custom reports on products, topics, or specific subjects, as it lets you view only the posts containing those keywords.

To create a search, you can use Boolean operators to combine terms. The space is limited to 1,000 characters.

  • Phrases must be written in quotation marks (e.g., "this is a phrase")

  • Logical operators are supported (OR, AND, NOT). The AND operator is represented by a space, and the NOT operator by a dash (-) before the term

  • Terms can be grouped using parentheses () to indicate order

Example
If you want to search for posts that talk about the price of Coke, we can use a search like this:

🌐 Services

Shows the platforms from which information can be obtained, either through a monitoring project on public networks or from the accounts you manage.

You can select a single social network or include all platforms that make sense for your analysis goals.

📅 Period

Defines the date range to analyze. You can select a custom period or use predefined options.

⏱️ From / To

Specifies the exact start and end date and time of the analysis. If you select “Current date,” the report will update automatically up to the present moment.

🏷️ Tags

Allows filtering the report by tags previously assigned to posts or mentions, making data segmentation easier.

You can also combine different tags using logical operators:

  • OR → includes any of the selected tags: ("Coke" OR "Sprite")

  • AND (represented by a space) → includes posts containing all the indicated tags: ("Coke") ("Sprite")

  • NOT (represented by a dash -) → excludes a specific tag: ("Coke") -"Sprite"

To group tags, use double parentheses (( ))

Example
If you want to see only comments or interactions that have both the tag “price” and “Coke”, we can use:

This indicates that the post must have both tags applied at the same time.

To make it easier to view existing tags, you can click “See all tags” and from there apply a filter by selecting all, none, grouping them, or choosing a specific one.

🗃️ Archived

Filters to show only tickets or interactions that were previously archived. If not selected, only active records and interactions will be displayed.

⚧️ Gender

Filters posts or mentions identified as coming from users of a specific gender.

Results may appear as “Unknown,” as many users do not allow social networks to share this information for privacy reasons.

😊 Sentiment

Filters posts or mentions by sentiment (positive, negative, or neutral).

🌍 Language

Allows selecting the language of the posts you want to view (Portuguese, Spanish, English).

Note: The language classifier has more than 90% accuracy, but does not apply to tickets.

🎫 Tickets

Filters posts that have (or do not have) a customer service ticket created.

💬 Author Interests

Searches posts on X (Twitter) based on the author’s bio, classified by interest categories.

🗂️ Categories

Filters posts or mentions where the user was classified under a specific interest category (e.g., Family, Business, Beauty, Health, Society, etc.).

In addition to the general filters, each social network has specific filters based on its own characteristics. For example, you can filter by type of content, nature of the post, origin, and other criteria unique to each platform.

General filters for all social networks

These filters are available across all social networks and allow you to apply the same criteria regardless of the platform.

👤 Profile Search

This filter allows you to search for posts or interactions based on the username. You can use logical operators to refine your search:

  • AND: Represented by a space. Retrieves results that contain all the specified terms
Example: user1 user2 will find profiles that include both names

  • OR: Represented by the word OR. Retrieves results that contain any of the specified terms
Example: user1 OR user2 will find profiles that include either one

  • NOT: Represented by a dash - before the username. Excludes results containing that term
Example: user1 -user2 will find profiles that include “user1” but not “user2”

  • Parentheses (): Used to group terms and define the logical order of the search
    Example: (user1 OR user2) -user3 will find “user1” or “user2” but exclude “user3”

This filter is ideal for conducting more precise searches and saving time when analyzing specific profiles.

🔗 Filter Post by URL

This filter allows you to add specific posts to your analysis using their URL.

How to use it:

  1. Type or paste the URL of the post you want to filter

  2. Press Enter to add it

  3. To add more than one URL, click the “+” icon and repeat the process

This filter is ideal for analyzing specific posts quickly and accurately.

  • Organic: These are posts that are distributed naturally, without any paid media investment. They reach the audience through organic reach — that is, for free

📩 Survey sent by

Available for Facebook and Instagram

This filter allows you to select surveys according to the e-mail address of the person who sent them.

  • Greater than: more than a specific number of followers

  • Less than: fewer than a specific number of followers

Examples:

  • Show only content published by users with more than 10,000 followers

  • Filter posts from accounts with fewer than 500 followers

This filter is useful for analyzing the author’s potential influence, identifying profiles with greater reach, or focusing on conversations from regular users.

🧬 Bio

Available for Twitter, BlueSky, YouTube and Threads

Allows you to search for content based on the user’s biography, that is, the text shown on their YouTube profile. This is useful for identifying profiles that describe themselves with certain terms (such as “influencer,” “journalist,” “fan of X,” etc.)

You can use logical operators to refine your search:

  • AND: Represented by a space between terms. Finds bios containing all specified terms
Example: marketing digital → will find bios including both words

  • OR: Finds bios containing either of the terms
    Example: influencer OR journalist

  • NOT: Represented by a dash - before the term. Excludes bios containing that term
    Example: influencer -journalist

This filter is useful for segmenting analyses based on the level of authenticity or official recognition of profiles

🎛️ Individual Filters

Each social network also includes a set of individual filters. All the filters listed in this section are specific to the selected social network, meaning their options and behavior are tailored to that platform’s structure and data.

Facebook Only

🔹Type

You can use the Type filter to define exactly what kind of content you want to analyze within a social network.

The available options are:

  • Post: Posts made directly on the page or profile

  • Comment: Comments made by users on posts

  • Reply: Responses to previously made comments

  • Review: Ratings or evaluations left by users on the page, usually accompanied by a score (such as stars)

  • Comment on mention: Comments generated from posts where the page was mentioned or received direct feedback

  • Feedback: Displays only comments that contain real opinions or evaluations from users in satisfaction surveys

🔹Ad Type

When setting filters to analyze Facebook content, you can select the type of post you want to view: Darkpost, Dynamic, or Regular.

  • Darkpost: These are posts that do not appear on the page’s timeline and are mainly used in advertising campaigns. They are created exclusively for targeting and performance purposes, without affecting the page’s organic content

  • Dynamic: Refers to posts automatically generated from product or service catalogs. They are personalized for different audiences based on their interests, browsing behavior, or purchase history

  • Regular: These are the usual posts published directly on the brand’s page — that is, organic content visible on the timeline to all visitors

This filter is especially useful for distinguishing paid content (Darkpost and Dynamic) from organic content (Regular), allowing for more segmented analyses of performance, engagement, and communication strategies.

🔹Origin

Allows you to define where the content you want to analyze comes from:

  • Page: Posts, comments, or interactions made directly on the brand’s official page

  • Social News: Content captured from social news — that is, public mentions made by users outside official pages, such as on their profiles or in public groups

This filter is useful for distinguishing between interactions managed on your own channels and spontaneous mentions across the social landscape.

This filter makes it easier to view and analyze a specific type of interaction, whether public or private.

Important: The collection of Private Messages is not available for European countries due to a limitation in the local API.

YouTube Only

🔹Type

This filter allows you to segment content by its nature within YouTube. You can select one or several of the following types:

  • Channel: General data about the monitored channels, such as number of subscribers or total views

  • Comment: Messages posted by users on videos — useful for sentiment analysis, common questions, or feedback

  • Reply: Responses to other users’ comments — helps explore conversations and discussions in depth

  • Video: Main posts, i.e., videos uploaded to the channel. Here you can analyze titles, descriptions, engagement, views, etc.

  • Playlist: Groups of videos created by the channel — allows you to analyze organized topics, playlist consumption, and the reach of specific collections

This filter is useful for focusing your analysis on the type of content that interests you most or generates the highest engagement.

🔹Origin

Allows you to distinguish where the analyzed content comes from within YouTube. The available options are:

  • Public: Includes comments, replies, and other interactions made by users (the general audience) on the channel’s videos. This is ideal for analyzing audience perception, questions, or reactions

  • Channel: Includes content published directly by the monitored channel, such as videos, official replies, and descriptions. Useful for evaluating the channel’s communication strategy and how it engages with its audience.

This filter helps you separate what the brand or creator publishes (Channel) from what the audience says (Public), making comparative or focused analyses easier.

🔹Filter Video by URL and Filter Channel by URL

Allows you to add specific videos or channels to the report using their URL. This is ideal when you want to analyze one or more specific videos without including the entire channel.

How to use it:

  1. Copy the YouTube video (or channel) URL you want to analyze

  2. Paste the URL into the filter field

  3. Press Enter to add it to the filter list

  4. You can repeat the process to add multiple videos or channels

This is useful for performing a detailed analysis of campaigns, collaborations, launches, or any key content without noise from other videos on the channel.

  • Text: Filters only text-based posts, such as tweets, status updates, or written comments

  • Image: Filters content that contains images, such as photos or graphics shared in posts

  • Video: Filters content that includes videos. This covers posts with video links, directly uploaded videos, or even live streams

  • Poll: Filters content that consists of polls or questions posed to the audience, common on platforms like Twitter and Facebook

This filter is useful for focusing your analysis on a specific type of content, depending on your goals — for example, assessing the impact of images or measuring engagement with polls.

🔹Location

Searches for content based on the geographic location declared by the user in their X (formerly Twitter) profile. It’s important to note that this information is provided solely by X and depends on what the user has manually written in their bio.

You can use logical operators to refine your search:

  • AND: Represented by a space between terms. Finds profiles that include all specified terms in their location
    Example: Madrid España

  • OR: Finds profiles that include either term
    Example: Madrid OR Barcelona

  • NOT: Represented by a dash - before the term. Excludes locations containing that term
    Example: España -Barcelona

  • Parentheses (): Used to group and define the logical order
    Example: (Madrid OR Barcelona) -Valencia

This filter is useful for segmenting your audience by region, city, or country, according to what users have declared in their profiles.

🔹Countries

Allows you to segment content based on the country declared by the user in their Twitter profile. The information is based on what the user manually writes in their location, so there may be variations in format (such as “Germany,” “Berlin, Germany” or “DE”).

You can select one or more countries to display only the content generated from those regions.

Important: This filter is available only for Twitter, as other platforms do not publicly provide this information in a structured format.

  • No Reply: Includes only original tweets — posts that do not reply to other content

  • Group Message: Filters direct messages sent to more than one user at the same time

  • Direct Message: Includes only private messages sent individually between users

This filter helps distinguish between public interactions (such as replies and non-replies) and private communications (direct messages), allowing for more focused analyses based on your monitoring goals.

  • Post: Posts published by the brand’s profile or by other users
