Once you’re logged into Buzzmonitor, you’ll see the homepage, which is your main starting point to navigate the platform and access all its features.
1️⃣ At the top of the screen, you’ll see a black navigation bar. From there, click on “Listening”, and then select “View collection.”
2️⃣ This section gives you access to all the Listening project folders created for your account. Each folder represents the brand or campaign that's being monitored in real time.
3️⃣ To explore the available reports, simply click on a folder. Inside, you’ll find the reports configured for your demo.
4️⃣ Click on any report to open it and start navigating through your brand’s social listening data — it’s an excellent way to get familiar with how Buzzmonitor organizes and visualizes information.
