Get to know filter reports

The first type of report we can explore in your demo is designed to show everything collected from open-web — that is, public mentions and conversations gathered across social networks and websites.

These reports allow you to understand how your brand, product, or campaign is being discussed online, beyond your official channels.

To view this data, follow the steps below:

Selecting the Source

1️⃣ Click on Filters to expand the menu, then click on Sources. From the list of available projects, select “Magenta Moments.”


This project includes all the open-web mentions collected for your this campaign.

Selecting the Social Networks

2️⃣ In the Services section, select the following platforms:
Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, App Store, Reddit, and RSS Feed.

Applying Specific Filters

3️⃣ Within each selected network, keep the filters as open as possible to capture all relevant mentions.

Below, you’ll find the recommended filter settings for each social network:

Facebook Only

👉 Go to the “Origin” field and select “Social News.”


This ensures that you’re viewing public mentions from our database.



YouTube Only


Instagram Only


Twitter Only


App Store Only


Reddit Only
