This guide walks you through the process of inviting a new supervisor (superintendent) to access your account.

🎯 How can I access the Supervisor page?

To access the invite supervisor page, select "User Management" from the left-side panel. Then, click "Invite User" in the top-right corner of the page to begin inviting a new user.

In this section, we'll explain how to invite a new user by walking you through the following steps:

  1. Click on "Invite User" under the User Management page.

  2. Enter the Full Name of the new user.

  3. Enter the Email Address of the new user.

  4. Select the User Role. There are two types:

    1. VTAdmin: Can perform all actions and invite superintendents.

    2. Superintendent: Can use the mobile and web apps to set up projects, invite workers, complete daily reports, and perform other tasks.

  5. Click the "Add" button to add the user.

  6. Finally, click "Invite User(s)" to send the invitation email to the user.

You can view pending user invitations in the "Pending User Invitation" section.

Can I invite another administrator?

Yes, you can invite another administrator by selecting "VTAdmin" from the User Role drop-down menu when inviting a new user.

I invited a new user, but they didn't receive the invitation. What should I do to solve this?

If the user doesn't receive the invitation email after entering their email address and full name, consider these possible issues:

  1. Double-check that the email address is correct.

  2. Ask the user to check their spam or junk mail folder.

  3. Resend the invitation by clicking "Resend" in the "Actions" column of the "Pending User Invitation" section.
