To access the projects page, select "Projects" from the left-side panel (Navigation Bar). Then, click "➕ Create Project" in the top-right corner to start a new project.

  1. Click the "➕ Create Project" button on the "Projects" page.

  2. Enter the project details, including:

Field Name

Description

Project Name

The official title or unique identifier for the project, used for easy reference and recognition.

Project Description

A comprehensive overview of the project's purpose, goals, scope, and expected outcomes.

Project Number

A distinct numerical identifier is assigned to the project for tracking and organizational purposes.

Project Due Date

The final deadline for project completion, including all deliverables and objectives.

Client Name

The full name of the client, company, or organization for whom the project is being undertaken.

Client Email(s)

Primary and secondary contact email addresses for client communication and project updates.

HR Violation Notify Email(s)

Designated email addresses to receive immediate notifications regarding any HR policy violations.

Service

The specific category or type of service being provided within the scope of the project.

Project Timezone

The primary time zone in which the project operates is crucial for clock-in and outs and deadline management.

Daily Start Time

The official commencement time of the workday for project-related activities and tracking.

Daily End Time

The designated conclusion time of the workday marks the end of regular project hours.

Automatic Clock Out?

Indicates whether the system automatically logs out users at the end of the workday.

Who should receive email notifications for open-time cards?

Specifies the individuals or roles responsible for receiving and managing open-time card alerts.

Daily Grace Time (in minutes)

The permitted time buffer for clock-ins allows for minor delays without penalty.

Lunch Break Duration

The allocated time for the daily lunch break ensures proper work-life balance and compliance.

Superintendents

Email addresses of project supervisors or managers overseeing operations.

Kiosk Mode Enabled?

Indicates whether the project utilizes a restricted kiosk mode for specific functionalities.

Archive Project

Option to move the project to an archive status, preserving data while removing it from active view.

Location

The primary physical address or coordinates where the project is being executed or managed.
