Step 1: Downloading and Installing the Bynaus Kiosk App

To begin using the Bynaus Kiosk app, you have two options:

Tap "Install" to begin downloading and installing the app.

Step 2: Configuring the Activation Code in the Bynaus Web Application

After downloading and installing the Bynaus Kiosk App, you'll need to set up an activation code for your device. Follow these steps to complete the process:

  1. Open the Bynaus Web App.

  2. Navigate to "⚙️ Settings" in the navigation bar.

  3. In the "Kiosks View Access" section, click "➕ Add Kiosk" to add a new kiosk.

  4. From the drop-down menu, select the required project for this kiosk.

  5. Enter a name for the kiosk in the "Kiosk Name" field.

  6. Choose the location (area) for this kiosk.

  7. Click "Activate and Finish" to generate and view the activation code for this kiosk.

  8. You can copy the code or send it via email.

💡Tip

If you have multiple kiosks, try to use a different name for each to help distinguish them.

Step 3: Activating the Kiosk

💡Tip

Enable location permissions on the Kiosk App to successfully activate the kiosk. The app verifies the device's current location against the location area selected during kiosk configuration on the Bynaus Web app.

After configuring the kiosk on the Bynaus Web App, you can now activate the kiosk by entering the code.

I entered the correct code but can't activate the kiosk. What should I do?

If you entered the correct code and can't proceed, you need to check the following:

  1. Ensure you have enabled location permissions for the Kiosk app.

  2. Verify that your device's current location matches the area specified for the project.

  3. Ask the administrator to verify if the kiosk code is active or not.
