Keep your automated gifting orders organized by giving each order a clear, recognizable name. Follow these steps to update an order name in your Company Workspace.
✏️ How to Change an Automated Gifting Order Name
You can rename an order from its order details page in Stadium. Follow the steps below to find the order and save its new name.
Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automated Gifting" to go to your automated gifting page.
Select the Automation
Locate the automation you want to update.
Click on it to open the Automation Dashboard.
🔍Filter Automations by Owner (For Company Workspace Users):
If you have permission to access and manage Automated Gifting, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view Automations created by other users in your Company Workspace.

Select your Order
Scroll down to find the specific order number you'd like to rename.
Click on the order number to go to the order details page.
Edit the Order Name
Click the pencil icon next to the current order name.
Enter the new name for your order.
Save your changes by clicking "SAVE"
View Updated Name
After clicking the "SAVE" button, you will see the updated name on the order's dashboard and order details.
💡 Can't Find the Order You Want to Rename?
If you can't find the order, check that you're viewing the correct automation. Company Workspace users with the appropriate Automated Gifting permissions can use the OWNED BY filter to find automations created by other users.
If you still can't access the automation or order, your Workspace permissions may limit what you can view or manage.
