Personalize the message recipients see when they open their gift. You can update the recipient landing page message for an individual order without changing the default message for your entire automation.
Steps to Edit Your Automation's Recipient Landing Page Message For a Specific Order:
Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automated Gifting" to go to your automated gifting page.
Select the Automation
Locate the automation you want to update.
Click on it to open the Automation Dashboard.
🔍Filter Automations by Owner (For Company Workspace Users):
If you have permission to access and manage Automated Gifting, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view Automations created by other users in your Company Workspace.

Find and Edit the Specific Order
Scroll down to find the specific order number you'd like to update.
Click the order number to go to the order details page.
Edit the Order's Recipient Message
On the Order Details page, locate the Recipient Message section.
Click the Edit button next to the message.
Enter the new message for this specific order.
Click SAVE to update.
Confirm the Changes
Once saved, the updated message will now appear for this order only.
The other orders in the automation will still show the default message from the Automation Dashboard.
