Setup

For End Users:

  1. Start a Video Call from your mobile device.

  2. During the call, tap the Flip Camera button located at the bottom of the screen.

  3. You can switch between the front and rear cameras of your device as needed.

For Agents:

  1. Log in to the agent interface from your mobile device and accept the Video Call.

  2. During the call, use the Flip Camera button located at the top of the screen to toggle between the front and rear cameras.
