With this enhancement, you can customize the ringtone for chats received in your chat channel using the sound options we provide.

Soft Buzz

Setup
Go to System Administrator > Advanced Settings > Chat tab. Click on the Chat Ringing Tone option.
Select a suitable ringtone from the list:
Default
Dying Light
Echo Ping
Pulse Chime
Soft Buzz
You can listen to the selected ringtone directly from this screen.
Save the changes.
This way, the ringtone for incoming chats on the agent screen will change according to your selected setting.
