Your call center data is a treasure trove for customer insights and operational efficiency. CX Insights' Category Cloud is one of the keys to this treasure. This powerful visualization tool displays the most frequently occurring subcategories in your call recordings.

With the frequency filter, you will be able to perform the following:

  • More Focused Analysis: Now, for example, you can quickly identify situations where the "Payment Issues" subcategory appears in more than 100 calls.

  • Prioritization: You can instantly identify the most common problems or the most requested topics, allowing you to create your action plans more effectively.

  • In-depth Insights: By examining topics within a specific frequency range, you can uncover trends and patterns that you may not have noticed before.

  • Operational Efficiency: By identifying the most important factors affecting your call center's performance, you can direct your resources more accurately.

How Does the Frequency Filter Work?

The Frequency filter is presented with an easy-to-use interface in CX Insights' Category Cloud visualization. The filtering options are:

  • Equals: Shows subcategories that occur a specific number of times.

  • Greater Than: Shows subcategories that occur more than a specific number of times.

  • Less Than: Shows subcategories that occur less than a specific number of times.

  • Greater Than or Equal To: Shows subcategories that occur at or above a specific number.

  • Less Than or Equal To: Shows subcategories that occur at or below a specific number.
