Earlier we had announced the release of the use of scripters with manual inbound and outbound calls. Now you can utilize the Queue Scripter Report under the Queue reports section of the reporting module in order to analyze the data you collected via these scripters that you define in the queue settings.
With the help of this reporting section dedicated specifically to queue scripters, you can easily access the data you need to make decisions.
The queue scripter report offers a variety of filters that allow you to investigate your data at a granular level.
You can also download the reporting data in CSV format for further analysis.
