Retrigger scripters to avoid missing call data

The agents can reopen the scripters that were closed by mistake during a live call in order to enter valuable call data.

Purpose and features

In the active call tab of the agent screen, there is now a new button that enables agents to retrigger the scripter. This helps to recover mistakenly shot-down scripters and enter valuable call data.

The button works in the campaign, manual outbound, and inbound calls. On the campaign calls it opens the scripter assigned to the campaign. For manual outbound and inbound it opens the scripter layout assigned to the queue.

Benefits

The data gathered from the end-user is imperative for the organization. This new feature helps agents get a second chance in case the scripter is closed erroneously.

Instructions

Retriggering the scripter is a built-in function. There is no additional setup needed. The agents can retrigger the scripter by pressing the button on the active call screen.
