As part of the new visual reporting initiative, TTS Usage report provides a comprehensive overview of the organization's Text-to-Speech (TTS) consumption patterns. It empowers managers to gain valuable insights into how TTS is being leveraged across inbound and outbound calls. This information can be instrumental in making informed decisions about optimizing the TTS service structure. The following are the components of this new report.
Filters: Users can narrow down the data by date range, call direction (inbound/outbound), and phone number for focused analysis.
Wallboard: Users gain a quick overview of key metrics at a glance:
TTS Calls: Total number of calls where TTS was used.
Number of TTS: Total number of TTS service triggered in the call.
TTS Credits: TTS credits that were consumed.
Total Talk Duration: Total speech log duration of TTS calls.
Graph: Helps users to visualize the distribution of TTS usage between inbound and outbound calls via a pie chart.
Table: Users can explore detailed data on a per-call basis, including:
Call Direction: Inbound or outbound.
Phone Number: Caller's phone number (anonymized for privacy if needed).
Call Date:
For incoming calls: The date and time when the incoming call reached the operator.
For outgoing calls: The time when the outgoing call was initiated.
End Date: The time when the call ended.
TTS Calls: Whether TTS was used in this call.
Number of TTS: Total number of TTS service triggered in the call.
Total Talk Duration: Total speech log duration of TTS calls.

User can work with the filters to select the data they want to focus on.
The wallboard and the chart is dynamically generated according to the filtered data.
The table can be used to further investigate individual records.
Users can export the results or may check previously downloaded files.
