System Administrator is the first page you will be encountering on the Menu Page.


On Email Page, you can configure definitions related to email processes.

Defined Email profiles can be either edited or deleted by clicking the hamburger menu located next to every Email profile.

When you click Edit button, desired fields can be changed. Numerous options are provided in this regard. Username, application password, hostname as well as details with regards to SMTP are some of them within this context. SMTP stands for the simple mail transfer protocol which is an internet standard communication protocol for electronic mail transmission. Mail servers and other message transfer agents use SMTP to send and receive mail messages.

Template messages can be edited and added as well after clicking Template Messages field on the Edit Page. By clicking pencil icon next every template defined, desired template can be modified.

Signature can be activated by by turning the switch. The signature used in email can be edited as well.

System variables used in your signature can be viewed through the field located at the bottom of the page.

To create new Email profile, press New icon at the top right of the screen. Firstly, profile can be set either active or inactive via the switch.

Note: Deactivated addresses will not send or receive emails.

After typing the details regarding Account Settings, click Next button to proceed where you will be led to configuration that details with regard to email address and application password needs to be filled out.

After presing Next button, fields falling under IMAP should be filled out. IMAP stands for Internet Message Access Protocol. In computing, it is used by email clients to retrieve email messages from a mail server over a TCP/IP connection.

Use of TLS can be set as well. TLS, Transport Layer Security in other words, is a cryptographic protocol designed to provide communications security over a computer network. The protocol is widely used in applications such as email. As it is mentioned above, details with regards to SMTP can be filed out in SMTP field.

Note: It needs to be tested before saving. So, after filling out the fields, press test button and make sure it works. Afterwards, please click Save Button; created Email profile will be displayed on the page and it is ready to use.
