System Administrator is the first page you will be encountering on the Menu Page.

On IP Phone Page, configurations and definitions related to IP Phone can be performed.

There are two sub-pages in this regard, namely IP Phone and Hunt Groups.


IP Phone

Accessing the IP phone allows users to configure network settings and other related fields such as brand/model, DND and MAC address.

By clicking the hamburger menu next to every IP Phone defined, it can be either edited or deleted.

Brand/Model, template number can be modified. Agent can be selected from the dropdown menu and features such as call forward, DND which stands for do not disturb and last but not least, call waiting can be either activated or deactivated.

Once you click Delete button from the hamburger menu, a pop up asking if you are sure to proceed will show up to avoid deleting by mistake. After confirming it, the respective field will be deleted.

Configuration with regards to IP Phone can be set as well as template by clicking the respective brand/model poping up after clicking Settings icon.

To create new IP Phone, press New icon at the top right of the screen. Then fill out the respective fields as it is mentioned above.

After having everything set, click Save button. It will be displayed on the page and it can be used insantly.
