Field-Specific Announcements: Each customer field can be equipped with its own unique announcement, ensuring relevant information is delivered based on the user's interaction.
Standard and TTS Options: Leverage existing pre-recorded announcements stored on the platform or utilize the TTS functionality to create custom announcements with preferred voice options.

Instructions
Activate announcement settings toggle in the customer field.
Choose Standard for pre-recorded announcements in the platform.
Select one of the announcements. You may listen to it to make sure it is the right one.
TTS option allows you to enter the text you want to be spoken. You can also select which TTS type to read the text. With the TTS option you can also use variables to be read dynamically.
