Campaign
Last but not least, the last icon that can be clicked from the sidebar menu is Campaign. Out of this page, various details with regards to campaign can be displayed. Calls made in last ten minutes, campaign and campaign list details, number of contacts waiting in the queue are some of them highlighted on this particular page.
First and foremost, by clicking the icon located at the top right of the page, active campaigns can be seen and a particular campaign can be sought via search bar. After clicking the desired one, name of the campaign written there will change automatically and details related to only that campaign will be visible.
Besides, what will be visible can be set by clicking "I I I" icon at the top right of the status table and after saving it, any changes made will be reflected to the table instantly.
The order of what is visible can be rearranged by holding the one that you’d like to change its order and then dragging and dropping where you want it to appear.
Campaign success rates for the last three hours can be observed from "Campaign Details". Similarly, as the name indicates, distribution of results codes can be seen from "Result Code Distribution".
