The Video menu of the Supervisor module lets you monitor active video calls and review video call records. Click Video in the sidebar menu to access its two sub-pages: Active Video Calls and Video Call Records.

The Active Video Calls page shows the details of the video calls that are currently in progress, if there are any. To terminate a call:

Click Video Call Records in the sidebar menu to display the video call records. You can narrow down the results by using the filters at the top of the page.

To display the details of a video call, click the hamburger menu icon next to the record and select Video Call Details. In the details view, you can see the details of the video call and also watch the video call recording itself.
