Purpose and Features
The editor feature added to the Click2Connect Chat product is designed to allow customization of announcement content within ICR steps. This feature makes it easier for users to personalize the customer experience and deliver content aligned with their brand identity. The editor provides the following capabilities:
Bold: Emphasize text with bold formatting.
Italic: Draw attention with italicized text.
Heading Settings: Set heading levels from H1 to H6 to create a content hierarchy.

Usage
Customized text with the editor in ICR steps will only personalize the Click2Connect web chat interface.
The steps where the editor has been added and the fields within each step are as follows:

For example, to use the editor within a step, follow the path: System Administrator > Chat > ICR menu. Here, you can select an existing ICR or create a new one and use the editor in one of the above steps.
Fields Customizable with the Editor:
B (Bold): Emphasizes text by making it bold.
I (Italic): Provides emphasis with italicized text.
Heading Settings: Allows heading level adjustments from H1 to H6, establishing a clear content structure.
