Customer follow-up, join email, new email password

C-Cube's platform allows you to integrate a connection with your email account to obtain all the details of the emails sent in the Customer Tracking section in a quote.

To link to your e-mail account, there are two options available. You don't have to do it in both places, just one of them. The options are either in the customer follow-up of a project (regardless of the project) or via your profile. In both cases, you'll need to follow the steps below to make the connection. The following two images show the choices available to you.

(A) Click on the envelope on the right.

OR

(A) Click on the circle at bottom left, then on the Your profile option.

(B) Click on the Users tab.

(C) Click on Authorize Access.

Once you've clicked on Authorize Access, a series of pages will follow to continue integrating your e-mail link. Follow these instructions.

  1. Choose your e-mail provider.

2. Log in to your account.

3. Authorize access.

4. The e-mail connection is now complete.

You can now attach images of your e-mails to projects. It may take a few moments before you see your most recent e-mails.
