Administrators can change the roles and permissions of C-Cube users as much as they like.
For example, if you want team leaders to view invoices, you can give this permission to the team leader role. You can also create a new role and assign it the permissions you want. As an extreme example, create the role “Mom” and give her access only to the “meeting” section, so that she doesn't disturb you at those times ;).
Defining a Role
A role modifies the actions that one or more users can perform in the software. For example, the “customer service” role allows you to view and modify everything in the application, but not to delete.
Customize Roles
It's now possible to customize your company's roles.
From here, you can create as many roles as you like and give each of them the desired permissions.
Simply tick the appropriate box.
Assigning a role to a user
To assign a role to a user, you need to create a new user or modify an existing one.
To do this, click on the plus sign at the top of the page when you're on the user page.
from there, you need to choose
A- The employee (contact)
B- Enter his/her e-mail address (to receive the invitation to use C-Cube)
C- The role for this user
D- Save
Default roles
Administrator
An administrator can do everything in the software. The person who created the account automatically has this role.
Team Leader
This role is designed for team leaders using the software from the worksite. It enables them to:
View and modify projects assigned to him/her. And within these projects:
Create/modify purchase orders
Create/modify work orders
Create/edit daily reports (enter worker hours and materials used)
Create/modify tasks/notes/files
Customer service
This role is designed for administrative assistants or customer service in general. It allows you to:
View and modify everything in the software
Do not delete
Estimator
This role is designed for employees who make estimates and sales. It allows you to:
View and modify assigned tasks and notes.

Coordinator
This role is designed for production managers or project managers. It allows you to:
