3.3 Web forms

Add a link to your web page so that customer information can be entered directly into C-Cube

New form

The web form is posted on the company's website. Customers can fill it in, and all the information relating to the quote request will be automatically added to the C-Cube platform to start a new project.

To create a new form, click on the + at top right.

(A) Define the name of the form.

(B) Assign responsibility for the project to an employee.

Once this part has been completed, the next step is to define the form's components.

Fields

The fields in this section are mandatory in order to obtain a useful and efficient form.

(C) Be sure to include first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address, physical address and description of the request for quote.

Other fields

(D) Additional fields can also be added by selecting yes or no to the Show? option. Possible choices are:

  1. Source (How did they hear about you?)

  2. Work type

  3. Property type

  4. Technology type

  5. File download

Please note that the initial values can be modified in the Project Preferences - General section.

How to install this form

To install this form, you need to know HTML and CSS to be able to modify your web page. We strongly suggest you contact your website administrator to make the changes.

(E) Copy the script that appears in the How to install this form section to the location where you want this form to be displayed. Once again, we strongly advise you to contact your web page administrator.
