In a project interface, it's essential to know where to find information.

(A) Project number.

(B) Client name.

(C) Building where work is being carried out.

(F) Next project actions.

(G) Activities (note, follow-up and/or task).

(H) Client follow-up (includes all e-mails exchanged for this project).

(J) Meetings.

(K) Quotes.

(M) Work orders.

(N) Project costs.

(O) Invoices.

(P) Pictures and files to be included.

(A) Click on Projects in the left-hand menu, and you'll come to the list above. Conveniently, the list is sorted by project creation date, from most recent to oldest.

(B) Each project status appears on the screen. We also see all the information entered when the new project was opened.

(C) Total number of projects open.

(D) Total amount of projects marked as won.

(E) Project costs.

(F) Profits generated by projects.

(G) Hours worked for all teams.

(H) If necessary, filter this list to extract information relevant to company management.
