Production schedule

The production schedule helps you visualize all the teams working on your jobsites. The bar at the bottom of each work order represents the progress of the job. This section is filled in using daily reports. It shows the number of hours worked over the estimated number of hours, the percentage progress and the number of employees required.

(A) Select the desired service to display the appropriate calendar. In fact, you can create a calendar for each service offered within your company.

Click on the calendar icon to display three consecutive months.

The arrows are used to move from one week to the next in the calendar. The circle in the middle of the arrows allows you to return to the current week.

(B) Validate the work orders assigned to your employees if you wish.

It is possible to select one of them and move it to the calendar. Before making the change, make sure you're not going to create a schedule conflict.

In addition, you can make changes by pressing on the team name.

You need to define:

  • Team leader name

  • Team color

  • Number of employees required

  • Team member names

Note that changes to the team only affect future production releases.

(C) Add a team to the calendar.

(D) Drag the work order onto the red box to remove it from the schedule. Alternatively, drag the work order to assign and schedule it.

(E) Directory of scheduled work orders. i.e. scheduled in the timetable.

(F) Directory of upcoming work orders. i.e. work won but not yet scheduled.

Team management

Notify team

Tables

You can create several tables. Each table represents a service offered by your company, as mentioned above. To do this, click on Service in the top right-hand corner, then on New table.

(A) Define table name.

(B) Filter by trade.

(C) Filter by job type.

(D) Filter by property type.

(E) Filter by technology.

It is plausible that not all filters apply to your needs for the creation of this table, in which case leave the box empty.

Photos and notes

You can include a file and/or photo if required. This provides physical evidence of the day-to-day progress of the job. In addition, it allows any deficiencies to be noted and added to the tasks to be carried out.

When all the tabs have been completed, press Complete in the bottom center.

Define:

  • Job description
