Expense reports of all statuses can be shared via email. You can send your expense reports to any email address. The export is shared within a few minutes.
Go to the Your expense reports page. Go to the report you’d like to share. You can choose a report from any tab—open, submitted, approved or closed.
On the View report page, select the 3-dots icon in the top-right corner. Select the Share option from the drop-down.
In the Share this report via email? pop-up, enter the email address and choose if you’d like to include receipts in the export file.
Select the Share report button to finish.
The report will be sent to the recipient in a few minutes.
Note: If the report doesn't reach the recipient's inbox, make sure they check their spam/junk folder.
