By creating your online account today, you will have access to policy documents, billing information and the ability to make changes such as adding or deleting a vehicle, adding a driver or changing your policy coverage.
To create your online account click Sign In at the top right of the screen.
Then click the Access your policies link.
Enter your email address and click Send Verification Code
A verification code is will be sent via email.
Note: the email will be from Microsoft on behalf of California Casualty.
Copy or make a note of the verification code and return to the sign-up screen. Note: this is a one-time code, and it is valid for only 10 minutes.
Enter or paste the Verification code and click the Verify code button.
Complete the rest of the form fields and click the Create button.
Note: personal information should be entered exactly as it appears on your Declarations page.
Now you be asked to add your phone number to be used for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Authentication can be done by Text a code or Call me.
If you select Send Code, a code is texted to the phone number you provided. Enter the code and click Verify code. After a couple of seconds you be automatically redirected to your online account.
If you select Call Me, you will receive an automated phone call. After answering, the press # to complete the authentication. After a couple of seconds you will be automatically redirected to your online account.
