If you have an online account that was created prior to 12/19/25, here are the steps you'll need to take the first time you sign in again on or after 12/19/25.
1. | Click the Sign In link in the upper right corner of the website. |

2. | In the pop up box, click Forgot your password |

3. | Enter the email address you use to access your online account, and click Send Verification Code.
You will receive an email that contains your verification code. |

4. | Enter the verification code that was emailed to you and click Verify Code.
Once your code has been verified, click Continue. |

5. | Set and confirm your new password, then click Continue. |
|
6. | Enter the phone number you want to use for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and click Send Code or Call Me.
- If you choose Send Code, you'll receive the code via text message.
- If you choose Call Me, you'll receive an automated call. Once you answer, simply press the pound sign (#) to complete authentication. You'll then be redirected to your online account in a few seconds. |

7. | Enter the code that was sent via text message, and click Verify Code.
Once your code has been authenticated, you'll automatically be redirected to your online account in a few seconds. |

Please note: the password reset process is a one-time requirement that only needs to be completed by existing online account holders the next time they sign in on or after 12/19/25. Once that has been done, you'll continue to sign in as usual when accessing your account in the future.
