In order to sign in to the mobile app to manage your policies, you must have an online account and be an existing policyholder.
ALREADY HAVE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?
The steps to access your account on the website and the mobile app are the same. To sign in to the mobile app, use the same email address and password you use when you log on to your account on the website.
*Please note: If you have not already set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which was added to the sign in process in December 2025, please follow the steps below to access your online account. This can be done from the sign in screen on the website or the mobile app.
Click Forgot Password
Enter the email address you use to sign in, click Send Verification Code
Enter the code emailed to you, and click Verify Code
Create your new password, and click Continue
Set up your phone number for MFA, then select Text Code or Call Me
If Text: Enter the code we send via text
If Call: You’ll get an automated call — press # to confirm
You'll see a pop-up confirming your password change and then be redirected to your online account
NEED TO CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?
You can sign up for an online account on the mobile app or the website. Once it's set up, you'll use the same sign in credentials in both places.
To get started, click on Access Your Policies located below the sign in button.
You'll set up and verify your email address, enter the requested information (this much match what is listed on your Declaration page), set up your password and complete the Muti-Factor Authentication process. Once this is done, you'll be redirected to your online account.
