How to Pull a Report Based on Doors or Phones Contacted

Are you looking to pull a report based on how many doors or phones were contacted? Look no further! Our survey reports feature makes it easy to filter and pull the exact report you need. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Access the Survey Reports Page

To begin, navigate to the Reports tab and click on Survey Reports. This will take you to the survey reports page where you can begin filtering for your desired report.

Step 2: Filter by Date Range

Once on the survey reports page, you can filter by date range to pull the report for any specific time period. Simply select the start and end dates for your desired range.

Step 3: Choose Your Basic Filtering Options

Below the date range, you will find some basic filtering options. You can choose to filter by doors or phones (only one can be selected), address/voter (which will default the report to either a total addresses or voters contacted), and a toggle for display charts (which will display survey answers on a pie graph for easy reading).

Step 4: Utilize Advanced Filtering Options

If you need more specific filtering options, click the drop down arrow to the right of the date range. This will allow you to filter by users, teams, specific geography, and/or surveys.

Step 5: Download Your Report

Once you have applied all of your desired filters, it's time to download your report. You have three options to choose from:

Export Statistics will download a csv of the overall numbers of addresses/voters contacted.
Export Data will download a csv containing all of the raw data collected.
Export Advanced Data will download a csv only containing responses from voters who answered a question on the filtered survey.

Choose the option that best fits your needs and click the download button to save your report.
