How to Pull a Team Report on the Pulsar Dashboard

If you need to pull a team report on your Pulsar account, you can easily do so from the dashboard. This report will provide you with valuable information about your team's activity and performance but will only give you the top line numbers by the team.

Please note this report will only be of the users Primary team. To assign a Primary Team to a user to go to "Team" > "Create and Manage Users" > "Add User" or "Edit User" > Select a team from the team drop-down menu and save the changes. If a team is not assigned via the Create and Manage Users page then the users activity will not show up in the report under a team (the report will put their activity under the no team category).

In this article, we will guide you through the steps to pull a team report on your Pulsar account.

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

First, log in to your Pulsar account and navigate to the main front page. This is the page that appears when you first log in to your account.

Step 2: Input a Date Range

Once you are on the dashboard, you will see a section labeled "Date Range". This will allow you to specify the time period for which you want to view the team report.

Step 3: Scroll Down to Team Report

After inputting the date range, scroll down to the "Team Report" section. This is where you will find the report for your team.

Step 4: Export the Report

To export the report, simply click on the "Export to CSV" button. This will download the report to your computer in a CSV format, which can be easily opened and viewed in a spreadsheet program.

If you would like to see a more comprehensive report of the voters a team has contacted you can do so by navigating to the Reports > Survey Report page and clicking the drop down for more filters and add a specific team.
