Is the list marked Live? Toggle it live on the manage phone list page (scroll table to the right)
Are users assigned? Check on the manage phone list page
Correct dialer type? Single for Cells and Dynamic for landlines
Caller ID added? Check Twilio in Phone Settings, delete old caller ID and add new one
Phone Calls Not working
