Why am I not getting any notifications for my scans?

It’s likely because there has not been a site available yet for your desired campground and dates. Please be patient as a site could become available at any moment. In some rare cases, it may be that you have provided us with the wrong phone number and any scan alerts could not be delivered.

Please check your account to ensure we have the correct information. Log into the website, click on your name in the top right, and then choose Account from the drop-down menu.
