Make sure to save our phone number in your contacts as CampScanner to ensure you recognize our scan alert texts as they come in.
To add our name to the phone number from which you receive text messages about your stay requests:
iPhone
Open Messages.
Open the text conversation from CampScanner that shows an unsaved number instead of a contact name.
Tap Info (letter "i" in a blue circle) in the top right corner.
Tap the unsaved phone number.
Then tap Create New Contact.
Tap in each labeled area to type in the contact's details.
Android
Open Text app.
Open text conversation from CampScanner that shows an unsaved number instead of a contact name.
Click the drop-down arrow beside the phone number at the top
Choose Add to Contacts.
Enter Harvest Hosts in the name field of the contact. Finish by tapping Save.
