When approving posts, you can now personalize the copy with information relevant to your institution using the Personalize with AI button.

When a new network post is pending approval, you can seamlessly personalize it with information relevant to your institution directly in the platform. Pending posts can be found in either the Posts Pending Approval widget on your Performance Dashboard, or on the Posts page in the Content area.

When logged into the admin area, you can find the Posts Pending Approval widget on your Performance Dashboard.

Navigate to the Posts page by clicking into the Content area and then choosing Posts in the left menu. You can also navigate directly there by visiting https://[your-portal-url].campusesp.com/admin/posts. Posts pending approval will be listed among all of the posts on this page.

If you have a lot of posts scheduled, you may want to go straight to the Pending Approval tab.

Click the Personalize with AI button under a pending post to open the modal window and let AI rewrite the post to make it specific to your institution.

Take a moment to review the personalized content and note the tailored mentions of your institution within the post’s body. Please make sure to re-read the entire post before approving!

If you'd like to make any additional edits to the post, you can do so directly in the modal window.

If everything looks good, use the Approve button in the bottom right of the modal window to approve the newly personalized post.

Your updated personalized post will now be posted in the platform on the scheduled post date!
