How to stop auto-renewals and cancel my CampusKnot subscription

Important 🚨: To check your subscription status, please access your CampusKnot account from a computer, tablet, or iPad browser. In-app subscriptions are not supported, and you cannot unsubscribe from the CampusKnot mobile application.

  1. Log in to your account by visiting the CampusKnot website on a computer, iPad/tablet browser.

  2. Once logged in, click on the top right corner of your screen (these are your first and last name initials).

  3. Select the 'Subscription' option

  4. Click on 'Cancel Subscription'

5. A verification email will be sent to your school email address (.edu) confirming the cancelation of your CampusKnot subscription.

6. If under Plan Details > Plan Name, you see 'CampusKnot Contract' or 'Bookstore Discount,' no further actions need to be taken. Your subscription will not automatically renew.

Canceling a Subscription

Important: If you purchase a 4-month subscription and decide to cancel your account, the cancelation won't interrupt your access to the CampusKnot mobile application or website.

For example, my subscription started on May 27, 2022, and I canceled my subscription on May 29, 2022. I will still have access to CampusKnot until September 27, 2022.

⚠️ SUBSCRIPTION STATUS:

If your 'unsubscribed' option looks like this πŸ‘‡ your subscription has been canceled, and there are no further steps for you to take.
