STEP 3: Determine participation points for the semester
We recommend attaching points to CampusKnot. Our instructors typically set 10%-15% of their semester grade towards participation. It's essential for students to clearly understand their responsibilities and learn which tools they should use during the semester.
To help you kick things off, we suggest starting small your first semester with two or three features that best resonate with your teaching style. Here are a few options to start your semester. First, the perfect trifecta (Attendance, Polls, and Feeds), or maybe, venture into feedback galore🦄 (Feeds, Polls, and Quizzes). You decide!
STEP 4: Add CampusKnot to your syllabus.

We will use CampusKnot (www.campusknot.com) for class participation this semester. Inside CampusKnot, you will be able to engage with peers, send feedback via polls, and earn points throughout the semester. You'll be responsible for:

The fee to use CampusKnot is $19.96 for the entire semester. Make sure you create an account and select a subscription from a computer. Once you've created an account and chosen a subscription, you'll be able to use your mobile application. Don't forget you can submit responses to course questions, attendance, and ask for help using your Apple/Android smartphones and laptops.
